There are lots of things happened, will be happening these days and enjoying this hectic daily routine to the max!
Seriously anger should be managed properly such as;
when the person 'lembab' you get angry
when someone tease you when it is not appropriate, you get angry
when someone claimed you do not completed the documents even you did, you get angry
and you get angry a lot these days
and you got to sleep early to help you with your anger problems
and you sleep early to help you think less about other things which will bother you till 1-2-3am if not
and yes, we should learn to be calmer
and we should redha even though everything is not like planned before
